Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered two rose obelisks which were incredibly well made, look fantastic and were great value for money. The communication and customer service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came across the retailer via a google search and was impressed with their range of personalised gifts, that are reasonably priced. I opted for a leather bracelet with engraving on the clasp. Communication was fast and efficient, as was postage. Unfortunately there was a tiny imperfection on the leather, so I reached out to discuss this over the phone (how refreshing to be able to speak with somebody in this world of chatbots and long distance customer service). Karen was apologetic and quick to help remedy the issue with a replacement. Within a couple of hours of speaking to Karen, she had had arranged for a new bracelet to be made and shipped out on a 24 hour delivery. Very pleased with this service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bought a solid steel garden gazebo.
Excellent value and certainly built to last.
Far superior quality than the many tubular ones you see.
Deliberately chose the bare metal and it looks even better as it starts to rust.
The customer service provided by Karen at Country Charm was fantastic.
I am more than happy to recommend this company without the slightest hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a lovely clock from Country Charm. I had found the one I wanted via a general search and then looked for the best price. Country Charm were the most reasonable. I found their website user friendly and easy to navigate plus they have a fantastic wide range of products.
What really made the biggest impact though, was the lovely personal customer service messages from the owner, Karen, who obviously genuinely really cares about what she does. She communicated throughout purchasing, regarding delivery and to check I was happy with the product. I will definitely buy from Country Charms again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great products and great customer service. We ordered a pair of screens for our garden. The first set were damaged in transit and Country Charm immediately sorted out replacements and a partial refund. The new screens have arrived and they are stunning.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Found a lovely table and chairs on Country Charm's website - cheaper than the local garden center and free delivery. A few issues with the delivery, but Karen was fantastic at sorting these out. We'd definitely recommend Country Charm - great products, keen pricing and brilliant customer service.

"Perfect product and the best customer…
Perfect product and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Karen was on my order from the outset and when there was a minor hiccup with delivery she informed me. I wasn’t chasing. It was overcome with her keeping me fully informed. You simply don’t get this level of service these days. 11/10"

"The Boot Centre arrived on Saturday and my father-in-law was thrilled with it. He FaceTimed us to show us it in use already! It was worth the wait so I’m really pleased we decided to go ahead with the order. Thank you so much again for your help and for keeping me updated throughout." (Poppy Forge Boot Centre)

“Thank you so much for such excellent service! It was so good talking to you just now. I will certainly recommend you to any of my (other!) friends, once they have joined us round the brazier!” (Brazier & Ash Pan)

"Fantastic Gazebo and excellent service
I agree entirely with all the previous reviews about this company and how helpful Karen is.
Bought a metal gazebo - it was made out of solid steel - not tubular like so many.
Fitted together perfectly and looks fantastic in the garden.
It was extremely good value and it was offered at a very competitive price and not as expensive as some sites.
Quick delivery.
Would recommend Karen and Country Charm without the slightest hesitation."

"What a fabulous company this is....from the high quality product, the engraving and the excellent customer service shown by Karen. After sending the wrong details to be engraved and spiralling into blind panic....Karen went above and beyond to get the problem sorted resulting in delivery of the most beautiful gift for my groom to be ( in super quick time too)
I would highly recommend this company and Karen and wish them continuing success."

A special mention must go to Karen, whose assistance with sorting out the name change was nothing short of exceptional. She handled everything with such care, professionalism, and efficiency, making the process stress-free and straightforward.
The highlight of the order was the Lady Juniper Tree, which was received with absolute delight. Its beauty, elegance, and thoughtful presentation made it a perfect gift, and the recipient couldn’t have been happier. The tree carried a sense of charm and meaning that made the moment even more special.
Country Charm not only delivers wonderful products but also provides outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a heartfelt and memorable gift."
