I opted for a leather bracelet with engraving. Communication was fast and efficient, as was postage. Unfortunately there was a tiny imperfection on the leather, so I reached out to discuss this over the phone (how refreshing to be able to speak with somebody in this world of chat bots or long distance customer service).
