Who we are...
Here in South Shropshire, Country Charm is a family run business, born out of the love of Home & Garden and of giving unique, heart warming gifts. We have thoroughly enjoyed resourcing these beautiful products to bring them straight to your door since 2015. As our business has grown, we have had the pleasure to meet more and more exceptional suppliers and clients along the way.
Inspired by the quality and stories behind their creations, our growing range includes among others; the Fair Trade Faraway Finds Garden Sculptures, the exceptional Hand-Spun Pendant Lamps by “From The Anvil” and of course the quality UK made Poppy Forge Gardening and Cast In Style Home Collections. Recently, we have brought on wonderfully fresh new ranges of Zest Outdoor Living Wooden Garden Structures & Furniture and the luxurious Hill Interiors Home Collections. Then there are of course the Romantic Ascalon Garden Collections, “deliberately vintaged” for antique and really rather whimsical appeal, or the hand-crafted Jardine Leisure recycled aluminium furniture, forged in Lancashire just for you from the original Victorian moulds.
If you are looking for a personal touch for a loved one’s special day, or simply to show you care, we also have a wonderfully varied collection of Personalised Gifts for any occasion and any age, ready to be made quite unique for them.
We take great pleasure and pride in providing a friendly, engaged Customer Service and once you place your order, you will receive a personal email so that you can ask any questions at all and we will get straight back to you. Once your order has been dispatched, we will then let you know your tracking and are always available for any further advice or comments you may have. We offer Free Delivery on all orders across the GB Mainland and if you are classed as a remote GB Postcode (eg Scottish Highlands) then please do let us know and we will give you a delivery quote for your order. "Gorgeous product and fantastic customer service
I purchased a lovely clock from Country Charm. I had found the one I wanted via a general search and then looked for the best price. Country Charm were the most reasonable. I found their website user friendly and easy to navigate plus they have a fantastic wide range of products.
What really made the biggest impact though, was the lovely personal customer service messages from the owner, Karen, who obviously genuinely really cares about what she does.
